After placing an order with Falaq Food, we prepare your products as quickly as possible and arrange delivery through a courier service. In general, after order confirmation, delivery is expected within 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 2–5 business days outside Dhaka. However, delivery may take longer due to remote locations, natural disasters, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
Delivery charges may vary depending on your location, order weight, and courier service. You will be able to see the applicable delivery charge on the Checkout page before completing your order.
Please provide your correct name, mobile number, and complete delivery address when placing an order. Falaq Food will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Tracking Information may be provided when available. If you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
When receiving your package, we recommend checking the condition of the parcel. If any product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please keep an Unboxing Video and photos if possible and contact us promptly.
